Manufacturer's Limited Warranty:
The limited warranty set forth below is given by Backyard Paradise with respect to new merchandise purchased and used in the United States, its Possessions and Territories.
Backyard Paradise warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year commencing on the date of the final payment and will, at its option,rerair or repplace, free of charge, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship. This limited warranty shall only apply to products that hae not been subject tomisuse abuse, commercial use, neglect, accident improper maintenance,alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water or damage because of othr peril. DAMAGE DUE TO IMPACT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Damage resulting from the installation or use or any accessory not approved by Backyard Paradise will void your warranty as to any resulting damage.
In no event shall recovry of any kind be greater then the amount of the purchase price of the product sold. Alteration of any features of the product shall void this warranty.
This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone othr than the original purchaser, original lessee or the person the by whom product was purchased as a part of a new home from a Home Builder/Contractor or as an addition to an existing home from a Home Builder/Contractor.
